About Sophie

After completing a degree in Accounting & Finance Sophie worked within the Luxury Yacht Industry for 10 years. She worked for a large part of that as Chief Stewardess running yachts for some of the worlds UHNW individuals.

This demanded an incredible attention to detail, and unparalleled level of service. Managing large interior teams across housekeeping & service, and creating bespoke events. She carried out multiple large-scale interior refits requiring meticulous project management, that has fuelled a passion for interior design, stying and organisation.

It is this background that compelled Sophie to found Olio & Co. bringing this bespoke level of service and organisation to private households & estates, in and around the Cheltenham & Cotswolds area.

Sophie organised everything we needed for our week onboard the catamaran. Firstly, Sophie’s partner Jamie was our skipper and he was first class. Sophie asked about dietary requirements and food preferences. All the food and drinks were delivered to the marina and stowed aboard prior to our arrival. Sophie and Jamie also plotted the route taken around the islands, booked restaurants and even sorted the winery tour. We all had an amazing time and would highly recommend Olio &Co.
