Your Privacy
Is our highest priority. We believe that your privacy means more than just the security of your information; it means the total protection of your lifestyle and peace of mind. We have extensive experience serving UHNW individuals and can sign or provide Non-Disclosure Agreements as required.
We have established this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our commitment to our clients’ privacy. This privacy statement relates to the personally identifiable information you submit to us. Personally identifiable information refers to any information that can be used to identify you such as your name, phone number, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. We collect this information in order to process your request and provide you with an excellent service and to help us communicate with you when we arrange and bill for products and/or services you request.
We share your personal information (name, address, email & phone number) ONLY with third party providers and suppliers who work on behalf of or with us to provide you with products and services.
Our vendors are required to respect the confidentiality of all clients if party to sensitive information. We do not outsource sensitive matters such as personal budgeting, and bill paying. We also make sure no one enters your home or business without our knowledge or approval.
Third Party providers and suppliers include, without limitation, the spas, restaurants, ticket services, florists, transportation agencies, cell phone services, credit card processors, gift sources, and other providers and suppliers we work with to arrange products, services, and special offers.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable to you if we do not perform our tasks, or the services are not performed by any third party, for reasons beyond our control e.g. transport difficulties, act of nature, riot, accidental breakdown of machinery, fire, flood, storm, malicious damage, application of law and other circumstances affecting the provision of goods and services.
Your Rights
Any complaint you wish to make about the performance or conduct of a supplier should be addressed and we will take adequate measures to insure any problems are resolved. We endeavour to provide a high quality service to you in carrying out our tasks. If you are unhappy at any time about how we perform our tasks for you, please contact us directly at +447833318902, and we would seek to investigate any such complaint as soon as reasonably practicable and report back to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We hold Public and Professional Liability Indemnity Insurance up to the value of £1,000,000 with Westminster PLC.
Your Obligations
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information when providing your details. You agree to notify our company of any changes made to the information that you have provided. You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or use a false name you are not authorised to use.
Payment Policy
All pre booked services/projects require a 50% deposit on booking to secure the time on a specific date (Deducted on completion) and full payment after completion.
All monthly membership packages require payment in full before services are rendered. If payment is a prepaid agreement, funds need to be given and paid in full up front before services rendered. We accept bank transfers and cash if needed.
Any amendments to the prices quoted by us will be notified to the client before any services are provided
Payments to third party suppliers will be made by Olio & Co. which the charges will be included in billing to you unless otherwise agreed beforehand.
Our invoices are payable within 7 days of the date of issue.
Pricing
Pricing is set at an hourly, daily and weekly rate. However, It is our goal to cater to each and every client’s specific needs , therefore we offer special pricing and packages based on your service in order to accomplish a true individualised approach. During your consultation, we will review your requests and requirements in order to distinguish the most appropriate pricing plan. If we have to cover any expenses for additional items ordered by the client the client will be billed. We do not mark up any additional items purchased your fees are based on actual costs for items purchased.
We will invoice all clients with complete job descriptions and details of their job order/service. Confirmations and emails are sent for services rendered.
Per Hour - Based on type of service billed per hour.
Per Day - Based on type of service billed per day.
Per Week - Based on type of service billed per week.
Per Service - Based on complete job detail and task.
Service Packages - Service Packages available based on the clients needs.
Membership - Monthly available.
Agreements - Signed & Agreed upon upfront. May be kept on file per clients agreement.
Confirmations - Confirmation of customer request will be sent via email or postal service.
Travel is included free of charge within a 10 mile radius of our GL53 postcode. After this it will be charged at a rate of 45p/mile or if alternative transport used this will be expensed. Any parking fees incurred will be invoiced.
Memberships
Although memberships are flexible, to ensure clients get the hours needed, services must ideally be requested at least 5 business days prior to guarantee the time. We will strive to accommodate clients requests as best we can. Hours can be spread across the month or grouped to carry out larger tasks/projects.
Any hours not used by the end of the month cannot be carried across to the following month, unless it is Olio & Co. Who have been unable to fulfil the hours.
Cancellation Policy
All scheduled assistance services require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
Bookings cancelled ahead of this will have the 50% deposit refunded. Assignments can be postponed and the booking fee carried over. Sessions postponed within the 48 hour time frame will incur a loss of the 50% deposit.
